Kassiopi is a popular destination in the north east of Corfu. It is a traditional fishing village, dominated by its Byzantine castle which is one of a series castles including Angelokastro in the north west, Gardiki in south west of the island. It is a busy village with many shops, tavernas, cafes, bars and everything a tourist would need during their stay. Looking eastwards from the small port, Kassiopi gives a panoramic view of the city of Sarande, in Albania. There are also many small beaches and coves in which to relax and enjoy a swim. The village is close to Erimitis nature park near to the beach of Avlaki.
